Fringe Christmas - Tim Holtz Ideology

This package of Fringe is part of the Christmas Collection designed by Tim Holtz for Idea-ology. This package includes two pieces of layered cut crepe paper fringe in a vanilla color. Each of these strands measures 1.5" in width and 0.75 yards in length. These fringes can be used on cards, scrapbook pages, journal and planner pages, and other paper crafting, home decor, and mixed media projects.
